Healthy Matcha Smoothies

How To Prepare:[]

  1. Simple Matcha Smoothie:
     

125ml soy milk
175g soft silken tofu
1/2 banana
15ml honey
125g ice cubes
5g matcha green tea powder

Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it until it becomes smooth and enjoy it.


  1. Berry-tastic Yoghurt Matcha Smoothie:
     

125g blueberries
125g raspberries
125ml plain yoghurt
125g ice cubes
5g matcha green tea powder


Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it until it becomes smooth and enjoy it.


  1. Peachy Keen Matcha Smoothie:
     

125ml soy milk
175g soft silken tofu
200g peach chunks
125g ice cubes
5g matcha green tea powder

4.      Vanilla Dream Matcha Smoothie:


125ml soy milk
175g soft silken tofu
1/2 banana
5ml vanilla essence
125g ice cubes
5g matcha green tea powder

5.      Chocolate Decadence Matcha Smoothie:


125ml chocolate soy milk
175g soft silken tofu
1/2 banana
5g cocoa powder
125g ice cubes
5g matcha green tea powder

Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it until it becomes smooth and enjoy.

Tips and Information:[]

- If you prefer a thinner smoothie, use less ice and add a little more soy milk. If you like thicker smoothies, try using less soy milk and more tofu/yoghurt.
- To make your smoothies even better for you, try adding a handful of spinach leaves. You won’t be able to taste it and it contains stacks of iron.
- Each of these recipes should yield a flavoursome hint of matcha. If you want the matcha flavour to be more prominent, add another teaspoon to the mix.
